If you are a new manager, experienced manager taking on a new team or joining a new company, a recently-promoted team lead, or anyone else in a leadership position, this is the template for you.

Why Did I Make This?

Each time I've joined a new company or taken on a new role, I've put together a 30-60-90 day plan. I've tried to follow this plan diligently in my first months, and I attribute it to keeping me on track and organized. I've read a lot of books ("The First 90 Days," "The Manager's Path," "Managing Humans") and seen a lot of "new hire checklists," but I've never seen someone clearly outline 135+ activities that new managers can use once they are hired.

This template is the guide I wish I had.

1. Does this work with a free Notion account?
   Yes! You'll get access to a Notion template link. Simply duplicate the template and you'll be able to edit it from within your account.

   Yes! The template is seeded with 135+ activities spread across your first 30, 60, and 90 days. If anything doesn't apply, simply hide the task. If you'd like to add additional tasks, simply click the "+" under each section.
   
4. What is a Kanban board?
   A Kanban board is a way of organizing your tasks. There are 3 Kanban boards in the template (one for each 30 day grouping). Each task in the template starts in the "Not Started" column. Once you start it, drag the task to "In Progress" or "Completed" accordingly.
